Reports To: Unit Manger/ General Manager & General Manager HR
Job Summary
Under the general guidance and supervision of the GM -Operations & GM HR and within the limit of the policies and procedures, assists in the maintenance of a smooth and effective day to day work routine, takes care of staff problems in daily work, and provides administration support to the department, assists in the maintenance of the monthly training activities and providing training support to various departments
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Staff Recruitment, Selection and Placement - responsible for initial screening of suitable candidates (Supervisory or below level).
2.To carry on OD activities like exit interview for staff, and coordination of the same with the General Manager.
3.To make recommendations and contribute ideas in designing training programs for each department, or participate training activities with General Manager.
4.To ensure staff discipline and necessary action against misbehaving staff, supervision of staff attitude and attire, etc.
5.To compile HR statistics, reports, survey etc. daily or monthly.
6.To follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc., and complete the documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the due date, and not later.
7.To actively participate in Performance Appraisal.
8.To abide by all the state norms on statutory compliances.
9.To conduct routine checks on staff behavior, wearing of nametags, staff I.D. cards, proper attire and taking disciplinary action when required.
10.To ensure all rules stipulated by the multiplex are being adhered and notify department heads concerned if necessary.
11.To participate/contribute in organizing and implementing organizational-wise education and training activities.
12.To assist with the administrative work (training plans, industrial trainees, information of external courses, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources Department.
13.To conduct orientation and follow up programs to new employees.
14.To ensure the privacy and confidentiality of personal information to which he/she has access or for which he is responsible, subject to any legal requirements and the best interests of the staff.
15.To prepare and collate monthly MIS reports, related to HR.
16.To organize safety programs every month.
17.To maintain a record of all expenditure related to the HR.
18.To ensure proper time keeping and records of staff attendance, on a daily basis.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Desired Profile
Traits: Understanding Human Behaviour
Qualifications: Graduate, Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations , Human Resources.
Age: 26 or 27 yrs.
Special Skills: Excellent PC knowledge, Good communication and inter-personal skills, Team player, Fluent in English, Hindi and Local language.
Work Experience: Work Experience ranging from 3 yrs plus shall be placed suitably in Executive Cadre.
