Key Responsibility Areas
1.Responsible for P& L of the Content Management delivery.
2.Understand the market requirement and changes therein, and formulate the appropriate business plans.Manage and motivate all staff members within the LoB.
4.To put a robust system in place and deploy appropriate strategies for resource deployment in line with ever increasing business needs and to that effect help the team in acquiring the knowledge in the latest technology.
5.Work closely and collaboratively with all shared services such HR, Administration, Finance, Technology etc.
6.Continuously drive improvement in profitability & quality.
7.Deliver quality services through delivery teams, within the prescribed SLAs.
8.Strive to achieve overall business success for the enterprise in terms of customer satisfaction
9.Forge partnership with HR to drive the implementation of best People Management policies and processes in the area of business.
Knowledge/ Skills /Qualification /Experience
-Should possess a post graduation in Engineering and Management.
- Should possess 15-20 years of experience in outsourced copy editing, abstraction, indexing, editorial proof reading as well as international clients in the BPO space, out of which at least 3 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
- Ability to take risk and mitigate risk and problem solving.
